1. Returns

We accept returns on eligible products within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The product is not marked as final sale or non-returnable.
  • The return is initiated within 30 days of the order delivery date.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be granted, such as for products that are opened, damaged, or have missing parts.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us at info@lockalifit.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

  2. Prepare the Package: Ensure the product is in its original packaging, with all accessories and documents included.

    Please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance for items over $75. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Health and personal care items (if opened or used)

6. Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Original Shipping Fees: Shipping charges for the original order are non-refundable.

7. Cancellations
